Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a full refund, minus the shipping cost,  to the original form of payment within 14 days of customers receiving the order.
 
If you purchased your items using a discount code,  the total refunded will reflect the discount given at the time of purchase.
 
In order for Sabrina’s Boutique to accept a return, the merchandise must be in its original clean condition: unworn, unwashed, alteration free, fragrance free, free of stains, free from make-up & fake tan, and the original Sabrina’s Boutique tag must be still attached. If a return fails to meet any of these requirements, the merchandise will be sent back to the shipping address on the original order and the refund will be declined
 
Any item that is damaged upon delivery must be reported within the first 48 hours of delivery.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. Sabrina’s Boutique is not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned.
 
Make sure to enclose a note or your purchase order slip with the item and your information (name, email address, and address that the order is under) so that we can properly track your order. If these credentials are not present, the return may not be possible and the package will be returned to the address it was received from.
 
All accessories, jewelry, bags, masks, shoes, scarfs, bodysuits, glasses, and sale items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as returns.
 
Sabrina’s Boutique  is subject to accepting or rejecting returns based upon our return policy above. Items which do not satisfy the above conditions of return will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
